Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS
Products may be returned for a store credit on a gift card within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Our FriYay deals are offered at a deep discount and therefore are not eligible for return.

CLASSES
Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 48 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.

DAMAGED GOODS
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
